Return/Exchange Policy

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have received a defective product, send us images at support@saluteindia.store and we will get back to you. Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Care team.

You can only apply for a Return/ Exchange by notifying us at support@saluteindia.store, our customer care will get in touch with you as soon as possible.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will refund the product amount to you securely by bank transaction in two working days. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days.

Our Customer care will be happy to assist you in any manner. 

Shipping amount of Cash On Delivery Rs. 50 is non refundable.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as we do not have a return shipping right now. We recommend using “Speed Post” which is the cheapest alternative for Shipping.

We will send the warehouse address by a mail.
